Advice on Christmas and New Year Operating hours

In Vitro Technologies Customer Support & Distribution Centre will be closed over the Christmas/New Year holiday period.

To minimise impact to supply, please expedite your orders to us at orders@invitro.com.au
no later than 1pm AEDST Friday the 19th December 2025.

As delivery guidelines after this date cannot be guaranteed, please note for cold chain or frozen deliveries, orders will not be dispatched after 15th December 2025 and will resume normal dispatch on Monday 5th January 2026 unless arranged otherwise.

The last day for dispatch for normal order will be Tuesday the 23rd of December 2025.

The Technical Service Engineers will be available during this time to assist with any urgent/critical technical support issues via 1300 932 156

Normal operation will resume Monday 5th January 2026 from 8.00am to 5.00pm AEDST
