Advice on Christmas and New Year Operating hours
In Vitro Technologies Customer Support & Distribution Centre will be closed over the Christmas/New Year holiday period.
To minimise impact to supply, please expedite your orders to us at orders@invitro.com.au no later than 1pm AEDST Friday the 20th December 2024.
As delivery guidelines after this date cannot be guaranteed, please note for cold chain or frozen deliveries, orders will not be dispatched after 16th December 2024 and will resume normal dispatch on Thursday 2nd January 2025 unless arranged otherwise.
The last day for dispatch for normal orders will be Monday the 23rd of December 2024.
The Technical Service Engineers will be available during this time to assist with any urgent/critical technical support issues via 1300 932 156
