In Vitro Technologies Customer Care & Distribution Centre will be operating with reduced staff and hours over the Christmas/New Year holiday period.
Freight Carriers nationally will also be operating with reduced hours. To minimise impact to supply, please expedite your orders to us at email@example.com, or via fax: 1300 552 004 no later than 1pm ADST Friday the 14th December 2018.
As delivery guidelines after this date cannot be guaranteed, please note for cold chain or frozen deliveries, orders will not be dispatched after 19th December 2018 unless arranged otherwise. Normal cold chain and frozen deliveries will resume on Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
The Technical Service Engineers will be available during this time to assist with any urgent/critical technical support issues via 1300 932 156.

Tuesday 1st January 2019 – on call basis only
Normal operation will resume Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
