We wanted to take this opportunity to inform you of some changes to our payment terms that will be coming into effect very soon. Our aim is to maintain transparency and keep you informed every step of the way.
Effective 1st July 2024, we will be implementing a new policy that requires a mandatory deposit to be paid within two weeks of invoice for all future Equipment orders. Your order will not be placed to the manufacturer until we have received the deposit. The deposit payment is required by our Vendors before they begin the manufacturing process. Failure to receive the deposit payment may cause delays in the delivery and installation of the Equipment / Project. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
In Vitro Technologies will also be addressing overdue payments in a proactive manner. First, we will be sending out a reminder letter closer to the payment due date to ensure that you have ample time to make the necessary arrangements.
Should the payment not be received two weeks after its due date, we will be regrettably forced to issue a demand letter and your account will be placed on hold and this includes a halt on supply of all products, services and maintenance. We hope this will not be necessary and request that your invoices are paid on time to avoid supply of products and services being suspended and fees relating to these services applied to your account in line with our Terms & Conditions. It is our sincere hope that we can resolve any outstanding issues promptly and amicably.
Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to working together under these new payment terms.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding these changes, please do not hesitate to reach out to your account representative or the undersigned. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible service.
Best Regards,
In Vitro Technologies Pty Ltd
