Please note that In Vitro Technologies will upgrade Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) to Dynamics 365 on Monday 30th of August 2021. Dynamics 365 is a modern fully integrated ERP system which provides a streamlined customer centric service system.

How this may impact you?

Our Project team is working diligently to ensure a smooth transition and a seamless experience for our customers. Considering the size of the Project, there may be some minor interruptions but please be assured we will keep this to a minimum as much as possible.

How can we plan for it?

To ensure you receive your orders on 30 August 2021, we would request orders to be placed by 11am on Friday 27 August 2021.

How will this affect your deliveries?

Orders received after 11am on Friday, 27 August 2021 will not be shipped until the following Monday 30 August 2021. Our Customer Support team will be continually available during this time to assist you by phone or email.

There won’t be any impact on service bookings and repair requests. For any assistance with service related queries, please contact us on 1300 932 156 or email service@invitro.com.au.

How can you place orders during the time of the upgrade?
